Subject: Make All Catfish Safer!
Docket #: FSIS-2008-0031

The USDA has determined there is a clear need for a strong catfish food safety inspection system.

I urge you to support the USDA’s strongest possible safety option which includes all catfish, described in the regulation as “all species in the order Siluriformes, with the three families typically consumed as food, including Ictaluridae, Pangasius, and Clariidae.”

Please make our families’ health and safety your Number One concern.

Sincerely,
